Why regulated industries are forcing a rethink of enterprise communication

By Jan 28, 2026

As life sciences companies navigate increasingly complex regulatory frameworks across global markets, internal communication is emerging as a strategic vulnerability rather than a back-office concern. From clinical updates to executive briefings, the way knowledge is created, reviewed, and shared inside organizations is now closely tied to compliance, speed, and operational risk.

This shift is reshaping how enterprise software providers approach regulated industries. Accuracy and consistency are no longer value-adds; they are foundational requirements. Against this backdrop, AI-driven communication platform Prezent has announced the appointment of Marine Queniart Stojanovic to its Senior Executive Board.

Queniart Stojanovic brings more than 25 years of international leadership experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Over the course of her career, she has held senior positions at companies such as GSK and Sanofi, where she led commercial operations, general management, and digital transformation initiatives across the United States, Europe, and Southeast Asia.

Her background includes overseeing large, multi-country teams and driving enterprise-wide change programs aimed at modernising commercial and medical engagement models. She has also played a key role in embedding digital and data-driven approaches into complex organisational structures—experience that is increasingly relevant as life sciences firms seek to modernise under strict regulatory oversight.

According to Rajat Mishra, founder and CEO of Prezent, improving communication workflows in life sciences requires more than generic AI capabilities:

“Domain expertise is essential,” he said, pointing to the need for leadership that understands both regulatory realities and enterprise-scale operations. Queniart Stojanovic’s appointment, he added, will help guide Prezent’s next phase of growth within highly regulated industries.

The move comes as Prezent continues to expand its enterprise AI platform. Among its recent developments is the launch of an API designed to automate on-brand presentations for clinical reporting, regulatory briefings, and executive communications—use cases where consistency, auditability, and speed are critical.

Founded by Mishra, Prezent positions itself as an intelligent operating system for enterprise business communication. Its platform combines AI agents, software, and expert services to help life sciences and technology organisations communicate with clarity, consistency, and compliance at scale, while delivering measurable business impact across the enterprise.
